Insurance, Billing and Payment Info

After your appointment we will process your claim through your insurance carrier. For patients who have government provided insurance (ie CDCP, Supplementary Health, etc), we are able to direct bill and have payment come directly to the office. Due to changes in service provided by various insurance providers, we are no longer direct billing to private, third party insurance companies. For these situations, we submit the claim electronically, and you will be reimbursed by your insurance company within a few short business days.
